Axotica was recorded in Orua Bay, Awhitu, New Zealand in October 1998 and Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand in October 1999.
The instrument being played is an electric bass, which in turn is triggering a midi controlled sound source. Either a MKS 20 or a P55 sound canvas (both made by Roland corp).
